I think the lawn will have to go, the garden is to small to waste it on grass, fine if the garden were larger but it is'nt so more room required for plants. ;D

Made a start on the back garden, on the OH orders. Beds made nothing will be planted in there for a few weeks, to see if any weeds come back. Brenda as ordered some spring bulbs so they will go in first followed by perennials. Weed Block is down, held down with pots and slabs, until Brenda decides what gravel we will get for the pathway. The path is been made with the washing lines in mind.

You've been working hard Tel and it looks so much better. Looking forward to seeing a picture once the plants are in and the gravel laid :)

Just the plants to sort out, then we can get on with the planting, once we have given any weeds chance to reappear.

I just made a little trench about 3in wide and about 2.5in deep,
placed the log rolls in straight has i could. I bought a couple of bags of post concrete from B&Q then i just poured the dry mix in around the log roll, then poured water over it from the watering can. 10 minutes later it was set, no waiting for it to set for a couple of days with that stuff, it allows you to get on with the job. :)
