Well I knew it was good but your brilliant pics make it irresistible, one I'll definitely visit. Artists say that trees are more beautiful naked (unlike us!) though I don't necessarily include myself in that and your pics have captured it in all it's glory. Well done and thank you. Is that a rail track on the sides of the pathway?

Lovely. Lovely. Lovely.
The Hovel looks great and what are the trees that make up the various 'walks' in pics 4 and 5. What plants have they planted along the arbours too ?

Lovely Lou I could make use of the 'Hovel' I think they named it wrongly; hovel = 1.A small, squalid, unpleasant, or simply constructed dwelling. ;D That water looks lovely but very cold

Great pictures Lou I like the Hovel too, I'd love one in my garden, but without the skulls etc , although I bet the children will love it.

The trees over the arches are hornbeam. They are lovely in the summer when walking up to the Ornamental Garden. The arches run right up the length of the cascade. The arbours are planted up with a mixture of clematis, climbing and rambling roses....Glad you like "my" garden

It looks good and because the trees are bare, it looks crisp and clean. Lovely. ;D

At this time of year you can see the structure - thanks, Lou. It would be very interesting if you could post photos from the same viewpoints at different seasons!
