Just back from the Dentist. Nothing can be done, either it is crowned, removed or just flattened off at gum level and left. He has smoothed it off, so no sore tongue. Hope yours has a better outcome.

We must all be falling to bits together on here, Geranium had a broken tooth as well fairly recently & I've been about 3 or 4 times in the last year as I've broken bits off a couple of old fillings/teeth. One has gone a few times but the last time I went he cut a wedge out of the remaining filling to fix the new piece into & it's held so far. Hope yours is easy to fix Rosie.

I woke up this morning with a very sore stiff jaw, what did the dentist do to me If Graham was home he would get a day of peace cos it hurts to move it

the house next door is empty again just started getting used to new neighbours, now we have to start over again. 2 rumoured families are interested, and it's a case of neither of them would I want right next door, going to have to keep everything crossed

Hope you get someone decent grindle, it's always worrying when you get new neighbours isn't it. We moved here partly because we'd had bad neighbours a few times on the party wall side at our old house & as it was a rental they kept changing so you never knew what to expect. With luck you'll get someone friendly with an interest in gardening, fingers crossed here for you too.

Its always a scary time when new neighbours are arriving, you never quite know what to expect. It could get very noisy if they have kids too. I'll keep and fingers, toes and eyes crossed for you grindle
