All was reasonably well with us. Us in the north didn't get hit as hard as those in the south. OH homeplace old shed roof had issues but a clean up and the rest tied to the tractor soon calmed things. That was really about it. But honestly we've had worse storms than that. Thanks for thinking of us all Glad all's well with you too KC, the south seems to have been battered.

Ophelia was named from the other side of the pond by National Hurricane Centre, Brian was from the Met Office for storms to hit the UK, the name says it all Started dry in the morning then got wet and windy for the rest of the day, looks like the SW is in for a battering tomorrow Glad you were OK KC

Not looking forward to meeting Brian! Very wet here, started dull & then drizzly & progressed to chucking it down all day, still raining this morning.

Brian did it's worst yesterday, gales and heavy rain all day ended up with huge puddles in the garden but thankfully no damage

Same here, not too bad in the morning but then very wet & windy, died off for a little while late on but then started again when we were in bed, battering the windows. Nothing damaged as far as I can see though.
