Oh I would be much more graceful than that sweetpea Aha! you finally saw it then. She did make a bit of a splash though and I noticed nobody jumped in to save her. I would have helped her get wet clothes off though and wrapped her in my hankie

......... and back to potatoes
Mine are chitting nicely, in the garage, and I plan to start a few of the Rocket variety in buckets in the conservatory.
I just need the garden to dry out and the soil to warm up a bit, so they can get planted. Dad always started on the Easter weekend.

Just because it is Easter weekend doesn`t mean you have to go daft planting. In this area, the ground is still wet and cold so I won`t be putting anything in the ground for at least a fortnight, I want the ground to warm up first. It will all catch up anyway.

She did Dai, she really did. Say it again dianthus for Dai's benefit. He's getting a wee bit Mutt and Jeff poor thing. Probably all this excitement over Easter. He thinks he's getting a big chocolate egg.

At least I think he thinks that Imagine how upset he'd get, having a hoard of children doing an Easter egg hunt across his garden, trampling on everything!
