My 'Handel' isn't in flower yet. That's a lovely photo of it, Cherry' This is 'The Countryman' Deutzia 'Strawberry Fields' And an Allium - I can't remember their name...maybe someone can remind me?

It would be too easy if it is Allium karataviense. I just like the name of this one, so it is the only one I remember. Do you notice that the Deutzia acts as a bee magnet Geranium?. I love this shrub.

I have some pretty roses in my tubs too, although they're all battered around the edges still by the really heavy rain. This is 'Blushing Bride' - it goes from pinky purple to a light lilac as it ages. This is 'Eternal Flame' - another 'two colours for one' rose. It looks bright pink-orange from the front (it totally glows in sun) and peachy pink from the back

I love this shrub. I do too, but I have lots of bee-friendly plants, Cherry - but no, not in particular, as it's way across the garden. I found the name of the Allium - it's A. uniflorum. I like it very much - I might try to order some more in the autumn.

Clematis Josephine. Ironically this is the first year it has really flowered and I'm leaving it behind Meconopsis.

I have no idea why the Clematis keeps going sideways, it's saved the right way up.

The clematis is wonderful, Rosie.
I've been looking at Meconopsis in flower catalogues for years and thinking what a brilliant colour they are, one day I will actually get round to trying them.

You don't have to leave it behind Rosie. Just get something in there quickly and cut Josephine back. You will get even more flowers next year. It is one of the dearer Clematis. It is very beautiful. Your blue poppy is ahead of mine.

The roots of Josephine are entangeld with a climbing rose thats along side it Cherry, it would probably do damage to both if i took Josephine out. Sara bought it for me a couple of years ago which is why I don't really want to leave it. The poppies are amazing on the back of the petals, they look purple when just emerging and have a reddish streak up the back, they are gorgeous

Verbena Aztec 'Silver Magic' and thyme mixed up were an accidental pretty; I love lobelia I know it's just a 'filler' as such but it's such a lovely sparkly plant. That sounds daft but I do mean sparkly.

Bess certainly a very happy accident. Fractal they are very good geraniums and I do know them both. They look great in your garden. I have never seen a Centauria like the last pic. Different and pretty. Of course the Iris will come into its own in the winter.
