You've got some pretty plants there ziggy & some of them are wildflowers, the only ones I'd maybe get rid of are the yellow flower in photo 6 which I think is yellow archangel (looks a bit like nettles with variegated leaves) as it can be very invasive & swamp other plants & the sticky cleavers which are the long strings of sticky starry green leaves weaving in between everything which can get out of hand & the danedlions which pretty but seed everywhere. The nettles are good for butterflies & wildlife & you've got what looks like wild forget-me-nots (the tiny blue flowers), honesty (the purple flowers & silvery-white round, papery seedheads), vinca (the pale blue flowers, dark green shiny leaves), bluebells (some may be Spanish/hybrids), primulas, lots of tulips, daffs, some gorgeous hellebores (cream coloured), camellia & what looks like a peony coming up underneath the tulips in the last but one photo.

Ooh, thanks for the help with IDs SueA. The yellow archangel is everywhere in a carpet under some of our trees so I definitely think we need to deal with some of that and there are dandelions all over the place... The sticky cleavers are something I used to call sticky buds when I was a child and they are a pain in the neck in one section of our garden... It's very wild around here but we do have so many weeds. There is also bindweed (but it hasn't appeared this year yet), Herb Robert, St John's Wort and Dock that cause some issues. And more that I haven't yet identified... oh, and heaps of ivy. Lots of work to be done.. lol.

Herb Robert has suddenly appeared in our garden this year ziggy, I quite like it & it's easy enough to pull out but it does seem to seed everywhere. I like ivy as it's very good for wildlife, especially the berries, we had a massive ivy 'tree' which had apparently grown for years over an old clothes line post but it died for no apparent reason, I'm busily trying to train other bits up over it as the blackbirds love it & used to nest in there!

I just found some hogweed out in one of our wilder areas. I think it is common hogweed but I am waiting to see how big it grows to figure out if it is the dreaded giant variety...

Your plants all look lovely in the dappled sunshine grindle. I got a bit carried away with the tulips this year, most of them are in various pots around the garden & in the borders & they're quite useful to move around & add spots of colour.
