I copied the last link and pasted it into the bar at the top. Do you mean the photobucket one WF - this one takes me to photobucket, but says 'page not found'

I have been toying with the idea of caging my veg bed like your kitchen garden, would you recommend it?
I get deer in the garden but I rarely see them, they come in the middle of the night. I wonder if I'd mind a little less if I saw them rather than just the destruction
The fruit cage works wonderfully WF also keeps away the big birds. I do get such a lot of damage from the deer; they love my newly planted Astrantia - one of my favourite pants. They munch all the buds from the tulips in the spring, but I still forgive them. It is a privilege to share the garden with wildlife. We also have regular foxes and I love them too.

Click onto an individual picture, SP. Why? What happens? I watched as individual pics then realised you could slide show so I did.

Sometimes my flowers are worse and sometimes better than the examples shown on the forum. Put them in the flowers and foliage for July, because we love the colour and following this thread through the seasons. Instead of show dahlias, treat them as coloured flowers. Maybe I could show off my weeds and call them prairie planting.

Wildflower meadow sounds better than prairie planting actually. It suggests it is more to this country than the prairies. I even have loads of poppies growing in the gravel as well as around the edges of the fields. It is a constant fight here with weeds.

I love wild poppies, I leave them in my beds, but I do only have one or two come up each year.
