I am having real problems with some of my Busy Lizzies They are ending up as just stems I was hoping to have a beautiful ball of lilac busy lizzies but haven't

That is weird. I don't think you will catch whatever is doing this. I have petunias which get eaten so that they are misshapen and they are not slugs or snails.

The leaves have been rotting rather than eaten - it is probably the same thing that happened to bizzie lizzies a couple of years ago I just wondered if anyone else was having problems

The leaves have been rotting rather than eaten - it is probably the same thing that happened to bizzie lizzies a couple of years ago I just wondered if anyone else was having problems I had that happen a couple of years ago Esther, there was quite a few reports about it in gardening mags, I think it was some sort of virus that was causing it. I didn't use impatiens at all last year because of it, but the few I bought this year (from B&Q) have been OK.

I can not find anything on them, but the ones I planted in my little man are fine and there on the ground, very strange

Some of my Busy Lizzies are breaking at the bottom of the stems and they look quite squidgy too...New Guinea one's seem fine
