We seem to have an invasion of the big fast running house spiders. guess who has the job of evicting them?

Good shot Steve. I wouldn't want one crawling on me but garden spiders are beautiful to look at, unlike others We seem to have an invasion of the big fast running house spiders. That would be the ones, hairy legs, hobnailed boots and a serious attitude problem.

Just look at the patterns on that. It's beautiful. Lots of spiders make their webs across my garden path this time of year. I can't see some of them and they get on my face ;D

Garden spider is its common name, its latin name is Araneus diadematus
