We had some rain overnight, but not enough. The temperature was 10 degrees this morning but is feeling much cooler now.

There was a report in our local paper that because of the lack of rain this year in this area there may be problems with water supply next year

The frost was very late and was not too heavy. Now it is a perfect blue sky and glorious sunshine. The drought here is very serious, with Western Norfolk (here) being singled out as the worst hit. We have had more than 5 months with one fall of significant rain.
