These things were outside a garden in the fen. They have a papery calyx on the outside and the smallest fruit is as big as an egg. I should have put one next to it for comparison. These things have done the rounds with some of the farmers and arrived with me via WI. Would anyone know what they are? I was not given any more details.

They are green tomatoes , if you google them you should find them. (tomatillo)

They look strange. I wouldn't have a clue. They remind me of Solanum But now you know so it doesn't matter.
