My Golden hop has some Golden hops....do you think I could make some golden ale Tel? ;D You need pale malt for that Steve, but a handful thrown into the boil in the last 10mins would help with the taste.

If you buy bottled beer at Asda on their 2 for £3 range, check the price for one bottle. I was in there today, some of the individual bottles were priced at less than £1.50 each but 2 for £3. Wells Bombardier is £1.08 or 2 for £3 work that out lol. I bought 3 bottles for the price of £3.24 after asking a member of staff to check that they went through the till at £1.08 each. they must think most of their customers are thick and can be ripped off. grr

Jeremy is making an Indian Beer at the moment. Last time he made Canadian beer. I am sticking to Sauvignon Blanc, NZ of course as I don't think a bad one comes from there.

there's been quite a lot about that sort of thing Tel, as well as the large packs of certain items, when 2 small ones work out cheaper

Brenda wanted me to call in Asda on my way back from the allotment. The beers priced at under £1.50 had been removed from the buy 2 for £3 offer. ;D

No Cherry, she wanted some whipping cream, mushrooms and onions red and white. I just had to look at the beer section out of curiosity to see if they had done anything about their pricing. ;D
