I have been lucky in the presents stakes. The most interesting was a beautiful inlaid and colourful box my son brought back from India.
You did well Louise. You could not ask for a better pressie.

Your box sounds beautiful, Cherry, i've seen similar in Thailand and Bali - their handicrafts can be exquisite.

I got two boxes actually. They were very different, but the first one is soft lined for jewellery. This son is taking me to a nursery too. I am lucky and I can never refuse plants or vouchers. You know the feeling Louise. You can't have too many.

Absolutely nothing garden related this year . All either astronomy, clothing, or 'to be consumed' stuff. I did however get a prezzie from my daughter's cat Right, where did I leave that turkey leg?

Nothing garden related here neither sweetpea, looks like i will have to buy my own potting compost for the dahlia cuttings. I dont think it was to much to ask for a 1000 litres of the stuff. ;D

The only garden related item I got was a book called 'Wicked Plants' - the a-z of plants that kill, maim, intoxicate & otherwise offend by Amy Stewart from my husband, so if any of you want to see anyone off I can advise! ;D
