They are being bred in captivity & private owners/breeders.

Surely their genes would still be fox-like though? Oh they are foxes ;D (some chihuahua people actually think chihuahuas come from the fennec). The fennec is very cat/dog like in behavior i think the breeder/owner i linked has some videos on the site showing the Fox's playing with her dogs. |
