Morning  I went to a tea plantation once, in Sri Lanka, and tried a lot of different types of tea - so i would imagine there was much eating of chocolate, Jrae ;D |

Good morning everyone, yes I did enjoy the trip to the cocoa plantation  tried out a lot of different chocolates, I guess I just ruined my diet but it was great. We went home with a lot of nestle chocolates and 5 seedlings of Forastero cacao and a pamphlet on how to ferment and roast my own cocoa beans. The seedlings are about 18 months so I'll get my first cocoa pods next year |

Evening everyone, we're back from our sad trip to Lincoln, made it through with hardly any snow too ;D
