This is how I post pics using Photobucket  First sign up to Photobucket and login  Click UPLOAD NOW  For more than 1 pic click BULK UPLOADER  Wait!  I click MY PICTURES on the left hand side and choose the file I want  Select photos by clicking on the little x - it will change to a tick  Click the box UPLOAD in the right hand corner of the screen  All the pics should then upload to the screen - hover over the one you would like to post and a drop down menu will appear.Click on the bottom line to copy pic  Go to message board where you want to put the photo then left click and then right click and PASTE  Your photo should be there If I haven't explained all this very well please ask me and I will try again. |

Is photobucket an 'online store' for your personal photos? Sorry I'm so ignorant.  I use tinypic, which Louise taught me to do. |

It is the same sort of thing Geranium I have only ever learnt how to post pics with Photobucket so I stick with it - i find it easy to use |

I'm OK with tinypic now I've got used to it. Our computer man says I should store my trillions of garden photos on a site in cyberspace as well as backing them up, which I do occasionally. He's right, really, but it's all right if you know how - and I don't!  |

Well explained Esther. I use photbucket but the photos on my computer don't have the cross/tick beside them, I have to highlight mine to upload them. If I need to upload more than one I hold down the shift key and then I can highlight multiple photos.

Thats good to know WLF about uplaoding several pics, does it do that on TP as well?, I`ve been doing it one by one.

He's right, really, but it's all right if you know how - and I don't! I store my pics on 500gb external HD but I also use Livedrive which is great as I don't have to do anything at all. Every time you do anything with a pic, it automatically stores it. You get from Dixons, you have to pay but it's well worth it. |

o dear .......... all these diff. ways to do pics , i thin k i need to go back to school lol . on my other sites i just clik browe ......... chose and share . so much simpler .

Thankyou Ian. That is very kind of you. I am not clever enough, but some would want to know more about it. I use Tinypic because I learned this way and would be confused with anything else.

That sounds a great idea Ian. With help from Steve and Esther I have managed to post a couple of photos via photobucket but I'm not really very confident and any help would be gratefully received ;D
