I wonder if WF has the answer in her book or whatever it is.

Honey should last forever if it is in a sealed container, they found jars of it in the pyramids from 3,300 BC which was still OK. The low water content of honey prevents mould and bacteria from growing.

That's nice Klowny, I bought a bumblebee nest recently in a sale & am going to put it out probably early next year to see if anything takes up residence. Knowing my luck though it will just be taken over by spiders/slugs/snails etc., I might as well put up another bird box & hope the same happens in mine as yours! ;D
