Are/were they HARDY fuchsias? If not they could have been damaged by frosty weather. Was there any grubs in the compost by roots? if so then possible vine weevil infestation. Also possible is sudden change from one environment to another, can setback many plants. There could be other reasons but difficult to say without more info.

Keep them in a frost-free environment but not too warm. Try misting them with tepid water every couple of days. They should soon put out new leaves if they are healthy plants.

Most of the trailing type aren't really hardy although I have had Swingtime survive outdoors over winter but generally they will be harmed if frosted though not necessarily killed so you might yet get new growth from the base.

Think what i've done wrong i kept them in a room which got sun but got cold at night maybe it was too cold for them,i have moved them so i will keep my fingers crossed but two of them look as if nothing could save them.

Out of curiosity, what variety is it?

They could be too wet, keep the compost on the dry side and water them sparingly.
