Hi everyone! I'd like to start growing citrus and other relatives in 20 gallon pots and wanted some suggestions for unusual citrus plants.
I've already bought a seedling of variegated Key Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), a Kaffir Lime (Citrus hystrix) plus the native Calamondin (Citrofortunella microcarpa) a green one and a variegated one.
I've also planted seed of Aussie Finger Lime (Citrus australasica) and I'm waiting for my seeds of Etrog Citron (Citrus Medica), Buddha's Hand' Citron (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis).
Any other suggestions? I'm also thinking whether I can find space to grow the bigger ones (oranges and grapefruits) in the ground. So suggestions for those are welcome as well. Thanks!

We had a citrus grove in Victoria. These were cool climate Eureka which are prickly. At my own house I had a Meyer and a Lisbon. I never thought of them as tropical fruit. My daughter in Queensland just has the Kaffir lime for cooking. We had grapefruit too, but these were only good enough for marmalade as it was just too cool. Citrus grew best in dry southern NSW.
