Got a pot of dwarf agapanthus from Plumleys garden centre & 5 little alpine plants & some bird/hedgehog food from Fryers, bit weird with all the sanitising/social distancing & trying to follow arrows everywhere but it's the first time we've been since March. You should try going in to our local Boots chemist. Like getting lost in Hampton Court maze.

I found that when I went too SueA a whole new experience, don't think I'll be rushing to the shops anytime soon

I went into a local b&m store today, and it was almost like normal, except for an announcement asking you to keep to the 2M distance. I bought two Rosemary bushes - one upright and one procumbent, and I bought some Heliotrope seeds and a hanging basket plant with no name but I think it looks like 'Million Bells' ...

First trip to a garden centre yesterday since they re-opened. Came back with a couple of osteospermums and a pack of busy lizzie plants to add a bit of colour to the garden.

I bought a Malus ‘Everest’ from my son’s friend, and it was chosen, sort of, by me on a FaceTime pic as both were choosing. However, it got caught in lockdown and spent more than 3 months with the friend, so I missed the beautiful blossom. My son brought it to me on Saturday night, and the whole of the centre part of the tree is covered in gorgeous apples. I chose it because the orange fruits stay on the tree for ages.
He also sent a plant, Gaura lindheimeri ‘Whirling Butterflies’ because he had one at his house.
Still wishing I had a garden. It will happen but now the sale of the farm is held up again.

grindle that looks more like a grimace than a smile. I love Martagon lilies. Eli you seem unstoppable with your gardening at present. I have a good feeling about your gentian.
