There were Louise ;D She told us about one garden where they had made an unusual water feature using a green glass 'carboy' bottle. They had drilled a hole in the bottom of the bottle, dug a big hole and sunk the water reservoir, fitted the pump so that the water went through the bottle and cascaded out the top onto some artfully laid large cobbles. It was a hot sunny day when they first tried it out and the bottle had been standing in the sun all day and when the cold water hit the bottle it exploded

They did acquire another bottle and were more careful when they turned the pump on.
