We had a lovely sunny and quite mild day yesterday, but the forecast rain arrived last last night.  Please think of us - there's a flood warning in place. It really depends on how heavy the rain is. |

It is raining softly, but it is still rain, and the garden is sopping. Not cold though.

Day 4 of rain and battering winds. There is lots of flooding and rivers have burst their banks.

Hope you are O.K. Geranium & you too Rosie. There are floods even around here a mile or two down the road where drains are blocked & we drove through a small village a few miles away on our way to a farm shop & the water was lapping at the sandbags at their doors. There are 'lakes' appearing in the fields, heaven knows how you're all coping in the South West of the country.

Its been horrendous up here, my garden has loads of standing water everywhere, the paddock is pretty much a no go area for the minute, the back of the house is flooded, but on the plus side the winds have gone ;D

Turned out to be quite a nice sunny day here today, windy but fairly warm for a change.

Here too. I can still get the wood and take the dogs out, etc., because it is hardly raining, but it is now saturating the airstrip which we don't want used today. |
