Thanks, Rosie. I understand that it's been in the 'wrong' position, which has cause us all this grief, but I thought it was stuck too far to the north, across the country west/east - but on the chart, it's positioned north/south. I'm not sure what that means for our future weather.

My husband was interested in the link Rosie sent - I've saved it to favourites.

To be honest, cold doesn't bother me as much as rain does - for obvious reasons! Well - as long as it isn't snow!

Today looks grey. I think we'll get a drizzly day.

It's chilly, dull and raining today so far.

He still limping again on the way home, but he loved being out. I think it might be a drier day today.
