Morning from Downunder. Finally back home after a month away. Most of the garden seems to be fine, but despite the best efforts of my not-such-a-green-thumb darling, there have been a few losses.
Forecast high for today is 33 deg C (91 F), but with the high humidity it will feel a lot more like around 35 C. Blue skies, still no decent rain. Really looking forward to the arrival of the rainy season at the moment.

Morning Bernieh, good to see you back, you've been getting some very high temperatures of late out there Morning all Hi Grindle, yes it's lovely to be back home listening to the kookaburra song. Here in the north-east on the coast we don't get the extreme heat that places further south get, but our high temps last all day long for weeks and weeks on end. Further down south they get extremely hot days, but they will get breaks for a week or more in between. Up here the heat is relentless. I really don't enjoy the summers. The only good thing about them is that the rains arrive towards the end of them!

Good morning, everyone. That sounds rather too hot to me, Bernie! I'm now spending a lot of the day inside the house with the air-con on, Geranium. It's really too hot to spend much time out doing any sort of gardening.
