A warmer start to the day today than yesterday but it will be a cooler day as well. When I got up a little after 6am it was raining! Even now at 8am it's still raining! But it's not the heavy rain forecast, it's quite light in fact! But it's forecast to last all morning and in the early afternoon.
Temps are expected to be no more than 17C at best! The wind however seems to have dropped considerably.

We had some very welcomed rain during the night and although dry at the moment we are forecast more to come today...our garden is loving it and so are we...no watering required for at least a couple of days. High today of only 19C...a shock to the system!!

Windy & showery start this morning but the sun came out in the afternoon & it stayed fine until late tonight when the rain arrived again.

We had some rain yesterday morning but not as much or as heavy as was forecast, the afternoon was lovely and sunny. This morning is fairly bright and sunny . High of only 19C with an overnight low of 14C.

It is mind-numbingly cold out there. The wind chill factor means the temperature is not in double figures.

A wet start yesterday followed by a drier and brighter afternoon. This morning has been mostly sunny, although clouding over a bit now and a bit breezier again today too.

A better day today it didn't stop raining all day yesterday at least the garden has had a good soaking Ditto here as well! For the first time in years I had to catch the bus to town & home again! At least the rain was of the sort that sinks into the ground, not too light or too heavy but constant over most of the day! Even I didn't need to water the balcony yesterday! Well only the ones on the inside where no rain can reach needed watering. Even so there were some pots on the outer edge of the balcony that didn't get a soaking so I watered these today.
I have started bringing a few pots into the kitchen. I brought 1 of each of the 3 Pelargoniums of different colours I have as well as a couple of the Geraniums. I'm thinking of bringing a couple of pots of Fuchsias in as well to go alongside the Begonia I brought in yesterday. They will all brighten up the kitchen & will be more visible all day than outside on the balcony!
I haven't got a photo yet but will get one tomorrow. Though as the space on the shelf under the 3m (10ft) window is being filled up I have had to put a few pots in the windowsill. I had been avoiding putting plants there all summer as the sunlight burns the foliage & they are turned into crisps! But now that the days are getting shorter & we are unlikely to have any more heatwaves they can start to fill it up again!

Oops! This is supposed to be the weather thread!
Well, it's been a sunny day for the most part but with a cold wind. I had to put a woollen jacket on this morning to go to church, the first time this summer or has the autumn arrived a month early?
After all the rain yesterday we have enjoyed the sunshine today! I think tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday, won't be a bad day at all with a high of 22C with sun & clouds most of the day. No rain forecast! Something that's strange for a Bank Holiday!

Hi everyone ๐
A bright start to the day here with some sunshine expected for a time. At 6.30am we have 14C which is an improvement over the weekend! We are forecast sunshine and clouds all day with a slight increase in temps which could reach 22C max. There will be light winds from the SW but no rain, in spite of today being a Bank Holiday!
It seems that on Wednesday we can expect to see the warmest day of the week with potential highs of 28C! ๐ฑ๐
