The day today is getting off to a good start as we have 12C at 6am. The morning is expected to be dry with sunshine and clouds which will thicken later to give some showery rain during the afternoon. Our max temp today is forecast to be 18C, not bad for the end of the first week in October!

The sun is trying its hardest to break through and this morning is looking quite good but rain is on the radar for later this afternoon. High of 17C.

Like yesterday we begin the day with 12C. It's quite warm for the 2nd week in October it seems.
Last night we were under a yellow warning for thunderstorms but we didn't get one. I think I heard a few drops of rain on the bedroom windows but certainly no thunder.
Again we are forecast possible thunderstorms this afternoon with the Met Office giving a 90% possibility of heavy rain during the afternoon and evening.
We are forecast 18C as our max for today which is around average for the time of year.

Yesterday turned out a lovely day ,remained dry and quite sunny at times. Today is definitely looking a bit more ' iffy'. Currently dry after some overnight rain and more is forecast on and off all day.....Hmmmm we'll have to wait and see if it's correct. Mild with a high of 18C and an overnight low of 12C.

The weather is sunny and good for washing, but I didn’t do any laundry today because I have genuine flu. I should not have had my Covid and Flu vaccinations together.

My wife & I had our flu jabs on Saturday morning. I will have my Covid jab at the end of the month. My wife doesn't want hers this year. I considered having RSV as well but I have to wait until next year.
Most of the day here it was dry with occasional sunny spells coming through the clouds. The wind was light & not particularly cold. We got up to about 18C without the thunderstorms we were forecast! We are under a yellow alert for thunderstorms until 3am on Wednesday. Just in case we get some heavy downpours during the night as forecast I've removed my pots in rings from the balcony railings! (Better safe than sorry! )

A warm beginning to the day again today with 13C and cloudy. I suppose that like most times when we are predicted thunderstorms we didn't have any last night! 😂 If we did I slept through it. I had to get up around 2am but I didn't hear anything, not even rain. I didn't bother to look out the window.
This morning we are forecast mostly cloudy morning but there may be a shower or two. Not much sunshine is forecast but a few possible showers may arrive.

We've got our double jabs ( flu + covid ) on Thursday and hubs had his RSV at the end of the month. We've always had f + c together with no issues really. I hope you recover quickly Cherry. We had some rain yesterday but today is set to be dry with a high of 17C and an overnight low of 10C.
