Thats even colder than here Geumlover, our external boiler does the same. It actually ended up freezing in the winter of 9/10 when we had no power for 2 days and -18 temperatures!

Today is raining and +3 today, our drive is lethal with tha rain starting to melt the thick ice.

Started raining yesterday afternoon & it's showery this morning, at least things have started to defrost a bit now.
