thanks, we had a big table and chairs there, but no one really used it, I tend to sit at the top of the garden, this gives me more space for when I start my veg containers did another bit of border, I need to redo the sides of the steps up to the garden, the wood we originally used is now rotten, had hoped to use bricks, no idea when I'll be able to get them now, I might have to shore the sides up as a temp. measure until we're back to some normality

I tidied the shed a bit so that I can actually get in there now! Will have to try & make more space in there though as I want to put some of my spare pots etc. from the greenhouse in there to make room in that to grow more salad items etc. in containers. When I started trying to sort out the greenhouse though I came across 2 plantpots full of daffodil & tulip bulbs which I'd lifted & stored in there last summer - potted them up - you never know they might come up & I'll get a nice surprise, no idea what they are!

Ive only potted up some daffs and tulips this week as well SueA and I bet if we all posted a picture of inside our sheds they would be quite similar

Iv`e been sowing more seeds, mainly getting rid of the few old or opened packets of seeds.I`m not expecting great results but I do like give them a chance. Potted up a few seedlings in the greenhouse , they will have to survive with out the heated table now as its cochoblock.

I took all my cacti from the conservatory down to the polytunnel and watered them, they haven't had a drop since October.

Having to take a break from everything even typing this is painful. Toddled down to A & E at 0500 yesterday as more pain than even I could cope with. Can't turn head sideways or up and down, even lying down is painful. having to take 8 pills a day which gives a tiny bit of relief but not a lot. Nobody put a name to it but even with my marine training I'm finding it difficult so opening and closing g'house according to conditions are about all I can manage for the time being. There are other things beside Covid 19. Take care everyone.

Apart from a bit of watering, and moving a few pots, I dug and raked the garden this morning, whilst a Robin flew up and down from the fence behind me onto the ground. He was watching me from no more than 6 feet away. So when I'd finished I left him a few mealworms out on the ground for his lunch.

Sorry you're in pain sweetpea. Strange that nobody said what causes it. I hope it will go away soon and you'll be feeling better.

Take it easy sweetpea, hope you feel better soon. Only things I did yesterday in the garden were feeding the birds/hedgehogs, watering all the hanging baskets & a bit of dead-heading until it got too cold & started to briefly rain/sleet. Went inside & baked some ginger biscuits instead!

Those look nice SueA
I've done my gardening for today, watered the Fuchsias cacti and succulents. It is so windy and cold and I have come indoors now.

As a retired NHS medical centre manager, it’s hugely sad that all the other issues that are out there are going to be significantly impacted upon. Stay as well as possible, everyone.
