I'm afraid I'm not up on Australian shrubs, but they are lovely. Are the orange 'things' berries?

Yes, they are berries Geranium. That must be a callistemon of some sort grindle. I am not good at the flora of the tropics, just Victoria, but I love that acacia and there are loads of flowers to come.

I would also have thought that first shrub is a relation of Callistemon. I like the little berries

Cherry that first one really does look like you could clean your bottles out with it! I put 'callistemon white' into Google & there are various white forms 'White Anzac', 'Wilderness White' & 'White Snow' so I imagine it must be one of those.

I will find out shortly. Jeremy was taking me around the edible trees in the gardens near here. There was cinnamon, tamarind, which he uses in curries, edible pandanus. Hippos, baboons and giraffes eat these.

Jeremy has most herbs, even cardamom, and is freezing the kaffir limes as we are going away. Moira will send me some leaves.
