Moonlight thank you for that. I did not know about this thread @markymate I chose to go invisible as it is my choice The moderators know when I am online. Very strange topic to start a thread on. Thank you for thinking of me ! Scrumpy is invisible I believe. Please also note I might have posted 1000 times but I post every morning in good morning. I post in general gardening , what have you done in the garden, flowers and foliage etc.... Allotment thread, moonlights thread, latest plant purchase Thompson and Morgan and others not just in dahlias. I have been more active this week due to being off work And done a number of things in the garden Which I thought the forum members would enjoy. I think I am very friendly ?? Some other people have not been so and pretending to be Someone they are not Under a false alias. They know who they are and that was the reason I went invisible . Each to there own I suppose I have gone back to visible now so there can be know question of me being in the correct spirit of the forums . Which I always thought I was Cheers

I have no idea whether I'm visible or invisible but I know I never actually log on or off so I probably look like I'm on here 24 hours a day! I'm not by the way!

Hello @raymond. I was just curious as to why you've now chosen to become invisible on your forum settings. Not sure if it's in the spirit of the forum...... Just a thought The questions are Mark, what does it have to do with you if Raymond goes invisible and who are you asking for?

I still think it's Raymonds choice whether to be invisible or not, btw, that would be a great super power go have Other regulars are always invisible, so I have to ask why are they not being asked the same question Mark? I do the same sometimes, I forget I'm signed or i will have a quick look at the front page a few times a day to make sure your all behaving yourselves when I'm not signed in .

Just a thought The questions are Mark, what does it have to do with you if Raymond goes invisible and who are you asking for? Dai, I'm asking for the benefit of the forum. The word in itself, means open discussion, free to express an opinion, without having to be anonymous. I do not see the point of joining a friendly forum, to become invisible. Not sure why you'd even need to have that facility in the first place.

Which I always thought I was Cheers Thank you Raymond, for bringing some integrity back to the forum, by becoming visible again. Whilst I appreciate your varied experience in the gardening world, as can be seen in all the various threads,. My main focus, is on Dahlias. The point, which seems to have gone amiss, is why anybody would want to hide their presence on a gardening forum. Nothing else, no ulterior motives, no secret squirrel nonsense.

Rosie, as a moderator, I'm glad you're keeping an eye on proceedings. This is not about who signs in, or who doesn't. It's a question of why you'd purposely go on a open forum and make yourself invisible, whether that be Raymond, or anybody else. Sorry, I just don't get it .

@markymate being visible or invisible has got nothing to do with integrity In my book. Some top members are invisible like scrumpy. I went invisible because I choose to for the reason I stated better being invisible than someone pretending to be someone they are not. That has no integrity. I may well go invisible again at some point who knows As you are aware I like and grow a lot of other plants and being a good allrounder which I am trying to be will ultimately in the end help my dahlia growing As my knowledge of General horiculture will have increased. All the best and hope the allotment is coming on well
