TO POST A PICTURE

On the forum here click" reply" where you want to write or post a picture, leave it open.
Open another tab and google tinyPic and go to the site.
Click browse.....to see photos you have on your computer . choose one and click open, it will appear as letters in file.

you need to resize it....click the little arrow at the end of resize, click message board and click the green upload button ( you may have to type in the letters shown here). your picture will appear.

Under "share this image" click the box for forums and message boards ( second one ) it will change colour.
Then RIGHT click in this box and copy.
Click the tab for the forum to bring you back to messages and RIGHT click and paste in the message box. the letters will appear as a picture when you post your message.

TO POST AN AVATAR

Go to your "profile" and click on "modify profile."
load a picture into tiny pic (enter address if not an image on your computor) and resize and load it. Under "share this image" click on "direct link for layouts ",it will change colour, RIGHT click and copy.
Go back to forum profile tab and Right click on "avator url" make it 100x 100. Finally go to the bottom of the page and click "modify profile"

Did you go to "direct links to layout" Geranium? my son told me to do that so as not to have the IMG at either end
