I've looked longingly at it, Steve, but haven't succumbed - yet.

They look very nice, just do not have the room to over winter one. Especially if we have another winter like this.

This is something I would buy for about £1 at Darby's sale in July so I would not look before this.

These are big plants too Grindle. We have to take a truck to put them in the back.

They had huge one at my local GS reduced to half price. I was so tempted but then put my sensible head on an checked how hardy it was, that would be not at all hardy , so it is still there.

Grindle, this is a wholesaler which sells off the plants once a year which need potting on. Lots of people in the trade go to it. There is a hamburger van and a charge for parking which is done by the cancer charity. They need people to organize the parking. In fact, last year I got out and walked quite a way as the traffic is quite heavy. It is a bit of a bunfight inside and we are given three tier trolleys. They are very long too. Quite huge.

It is the largest nursery in UK. We were invited to a NFU barbeque there one evening and my husband was horrified. Here he was walking down the road with the boss explaining about the plants in the biggest nursery anyone could see and he hates nurseries.
