Just wondering if these look like brambly apples ? they look rather red to me . I picked them of what I bought , a few years ago, as a brambly. The tree is still resting in a wheelbarrow so these are small ( pictured on a side plate ).I did get two large apples from it last year but I think they were more green like the shop bought ones . what do you think ?

Bramleys can have a bit of a red flush ladybird , if they taste a bit sour/sharp they probably are bramleys.
