Just a collage of some pretty wallflowers out in the garden now. They look so lovely Sue, My favourite flower at this time of the year, I can almost smell them . I planted mine out too late so I have have only a few spindly things about the place

They are good reliable plants aren't they ladybird & the butterflies & bees love them too. I'm not sure which one that is lesley, I'll have to go & see if I've put a label next to it, I think it was one from a set I got from Hayloft Plants a few years ago though.

They do smell lovely too. lesley I couldn't find a label but I think that one is 'Paintbox'.

You have some lovely trees & shrubs in your garden Geumlover & fantastic alpines, hope the op. goes well. That azalea looks good in the border grindle, really sparkles in the light.

What variety is it grindle, I've been looking for a nice scented azalea/rhodo, I saw a lemon one last year which had a great scent but can't remember the variety & I like the colour of yours as well.

Thanks grindle, I think I will get one of those if I see it as it's quite compact & I love the look of yours & the fact that it's scented. I actually found the one I was looking for today when we went to Fryers Roses, it's azalea pontica lutea & I bought one although I'm not sure where it will end up as it can grow up to 4 metres!
