Did you get them in?
I did notice you earth yours up as soon as you have planted them, is there an advantage? I earth mine up as they show.

Yes I got them in, and no no advantage at all by early earthing up other than it marks the rows so I know where they are and also there is a thicker layer of soil on top in case of a bad frost

no, a spade to dig the soil out for the row and a rake to cover them back up again I use the rake as a multi tool, turning it over and pulling a corner along a row makes a seed drill and bring the edge down (mattock style) to hack a dandelion out....but that's because I'm too idle to go back to the shed to find something else ;D
