Good Evening. I haven't been around much as I've been on late shifts...they always leave me worn out (I'm a morning person me)... Lots to do tomorrow...running a cake stall over the tea breaks and lunch hours at work on Red Nose Day. I have to bake up a storm tomorrow after work.  CPB - There are a couple of good recipes on the board -Rosie's Chocolate cake and MG's Lemon Drizzle cake ;D |

evening all, home from work early and had a quick mooch around the garden. lots of new growth every where.  also had some sun for a couple of hours this afternoon. |

ello....
I am completely cream crackered....just been baking up a storm for red nose day (got a cake stall at work over the tea and lunch breaks)
12 maple pecan cupcakes with maple buttercream icing
12 vanilla cupcakes with chocolate scribbles
12 white chocolate mudcakes
12 lemon & orange cupcakes with lemon icing
24 small rice crispie cakes
15 rice crispie cakes with nuts and cherries...
Other people are bringing stuff in too...I'm hoping that we raise a fair bit for comic relief...altho the radiographers have decided to do a cake stall as well and have plastered their posters all over the hospital! (I sent the Juniors out with more posters today to put in every lift!...heh heh....)
