Hi Emma, lovely to see that you're still managing to get to your plot & starting to get things growing. It might just be that your peas need a bit more water as it's been very dry recently in some areas, you do often get lower leaves dying off but as long as the tops are still green & growing I wouldn't worry too much.

Hmm... it's POSSIBLE that you might be suffering from Root Rot ? This would be VERY strange in a raised bed, however, as this fungus tends to spread through over-wet soil, and I would have thought that a raised bed would have very good drainage ?
Check to see if the soil IS waterlogged by sticking your finger in it ?
