Great pics. Eli, I think I'll get more calibrachoas next year, love that one you have & the few I've got have done well in baskets. Lovely flowers lesley, is that the 'Garden Friends' dahlia in one of your pics. ?

Thank you Cherry ... the house feels too big these days, and the garden too small You are having to get used to a big adjustment and I hope being a Garden Friend helps.

Thanks SueA, I have two Calibrachoas that I saved from last year, the other one is blue. Next year I think I will also get some more, they are good value.
Thanks Cherry, yes being a garden friend is a big help, I feel as if I still belong in the world

A couple of photos I took on my phone yesterday of the seed grown cosmos, calendulas, zinnias, cornflowers etc., loosely tied up but will probably end up all over the place today again in the storms.

Looks good Sue and yes that is Gardeners friend dahlia i haven't dug that one up it's been in the ground for ages it's doing really well.
