Mine too grindle, I had to prop the calendula up to take the pic. & the other chrysanths are the same. Missed this little penstemon off which is still braving the rain.

Nice to see some flowers still in your garden SueA I had a pink Clematis and was hoping to take a photo for November but when I looked yesterday it only had two petals left ! There are some roses and I may take a few photos for tomorrow.

This lockdown, I really must try to put photographs on to Garden Friends. My Evereste Crab Apple is looking beautiful.

Lovely Eli I gave my plumbago away to someone who could grow it under cover as I didn't have the room at the time to overwinter it, I have to say it's now looking spectacular

I've got two Margarets SueA , one is about 6 ft tall and one about 8 feet tall. They never die back and would just get taller every year unless I cut them. I have one called Lechlade Magician which is about 8 feet tall too.
I'm glad you found a new home for your Plumbago grindle and that it's thriving

I have grown Plumbago, but it needs protection in winter of course. It is a beautiful blue.

I keep it in a glass shelter at the back of the house. I lost the main one last year but I have a few cuttings.
