looks like Lillium leichtlinii, is it about 3-4ft tall? I grow it and it is a fabulous lily.

lovely Eli I used to have Frans Hals, I find my garden is too shady now for most daylilies, but I do love them

I have quite a bit of shade too grindle but my daylilies are in tubs and I can move them to the sunniest spots.

Eli , the flowers are beautiful! I particularity like Fuchsia 'Genii' but the few times I've tried to grow it on the balcony it never lasts long. I'd love it to grow like F. 'Garden News' which roots very, very easily & is a very strong grower. I have so many plants of it that I had to give my son one a few weeks ago & it's growing very well in his garden! The standard 'F.'Garden News' was growing so well & I was happy with it but, after one branch was torn off when some clothing on a drying frame snagged it, I was a little upset! A week or two ago another branch broke off - now there are only 2 branches left - both growing towards opposite sides! Now I have a "horizontal" standard Fuchsia!
