Well I have 18 pots of them, they are far to fragile for me even to consider packing them in leaf but I'm sure at the end of the season when they return to just tubers I could post one or two if anyone would like one I would love one please WLF

They have flowered. I planted them in various places around the garden and they do better with no direct sun. They certainly brighten up a shady corner.

I spotted these today This plant really wants to spread, the tubers divide and it produces seeds and bulblets. I picked some off and put them in a seed tray to see what happens.

I lifted my apricot coloured begonias and the tubers are very tiny. I have another lot of pink ones which will probably be just as small. Do I keep these or get rid of them?

Did they flower well Cherry? If they did I would keep them and use them again next year. I've found the basket begonia tubers are not very big, but with the tall upright varieties the tubers get bigger each year. I had some that grew to the size of dinner plates and I had to divide them to get them in the pots ;D

Have a look at the size of my tubers on page 1 of this thread. My tubers were very small, about the size of a penny but each one grew into a large plant.
