It would have been put in the garden on Tuesday of this week, I spend far too much time in the garden just looking The snake has been put back where it was, we will see which one of our friends comments on it, they will be the guilty party.

The guilty party turned up today, it was who we suspected. We took our coffees into the garden and he pointed out the snake (I put it back where it was). Apparently he came round on Tuesday with his step son and they spent an hour finding the best spot and arranging it so it looked as real as possible.
We did get our own back. A very tired homing pigeon fell in the pond today, I scooped it out and put it in a quiet spot at the end of the pond. It stood there motionless, turning its head every so often. We told our friend we picked it up from a local car boot and it was solar powered. He studied it hard (from a distance) and said he saw it blink so it must be real, we then explained that it was supposed to blink, it turns it head and blinks. He has gone home to see if he can find one on ebay ;D
