I've never seen that message either, a lot of the time Merlin our/your own computer does things that's relevant to it and not necessarily the website you've got infront of you.

This one is Windows Vista Ultimate and it did an update this morning putting it into Explorer 9 which means different ways to find favourites and others.

This could be courting trouble Lesley, but there has been no trouble at all with this computer which is a good age now. Once I seemed to be typing rubbish (more than normal that is) and it was because I did not have the wireless receiver next to the keyboard. I thought it was batteries. This computer has been progressively updated over 15 years and it just goes.

The OH put Explorer 9 on my computer when it was still a beta program, I had to get him to take it off because it conflicted with everything. They will have sorted all those bugs out now and I'm sure my next update will move me onto Ex9. All software will now be written for EX9 so you will get error and notification messages if you don't upgrade.

I've been on '9' for months now with no problems. Odd thing is that when the notice first came up I noticed I was on BTFON instead of home hub. I've changed it back now. Maybe GCHQ are watching me ;D
