Oh....I thought you had to have at least another one to get fruit? ...I have three plants...one early...on mid season...and one late....for that reason???

I will second what Steve has said, we have had one in a pot on the allotment for the last 3 years and it has fruited better each year, now we are greedy we bought another cheap one from netto this year hopefully that will have a bit of fruit on it next year.

Mine is in it's first year too Merlin, it is still quite small but has a few flowers on it already

Mine is small had a few flowers that have now fell and started swelling (Hopefully we will have fruit .

prefer acid soil ours are in a raised bed, but most of the other allotments have them directly in the soil. Must admit ours have better growth and more flowers.

Mines in multi purpose should i move it then? You would be better too Floydie use a feed for acid plants, thats what i do anyhoo ;D. Seaweed with sequestered iron i believe ;D

Ive got some ericaciousfeed so can probably use that , Will have to check its ok to use on cropping plants first.
