It's an amazing plant - like wicker-work! We went into the Palace shortly after it re-opened. There weren't any costumed people, though - it was 'sound and vision'. The garden at the back needed weeding, too! ;D I nearly started on it - but OH wouldn't let me. lol. Was it better cared for when you saw it? Yes, I didn't spot any weeds

It's always worth a visit. Quite often it pays to check their info as they have special things going on at different times of year.

Thanks, Peony - I'm glad they've got their act together. I was surprised, because the Queen had just had a dinner party there with her family - can't remember the occasion.
