Sorry no pictures, but very enjoyable day. It's held every year at West Dean Gardens, Chichester. Part of The Edward James Foundation Ltd. It was a lot bigger this year than previous years, needless to say Oh wonted me to try all sorts of sauces and dip's they also had Chilli icecream , chilli sweets you name it they had it. I brought some chilli cheese and 4 pkts of seeds. Lemon Drop, Thai Mound, Habanero Caribbean Red Hot, and Scotch Bonnet, Big Sun. Soon after lunch we decided to come home, it was a long walk back to find the van, it then started to rain.

I like the sound of chilli ice cream. I was given some pickled onions which were pickled with chillies, they are the biz.
I grew Habanero, pretty looking chillis and very hot.

I'm glad you enjoyed. Chilli icecream and sweets sound interesting. I don't think I would try them though - I'm a bit of a coward when it comes to new tastes - and I don't like chillies anyway. Good luck with the seeds ........

Sounds good Lesley, I like chocolate with chilli & have tried chilli ice cream made at one of the farms nearby. The lady selling it said her son recommended having a scoop of chilli with a scoop of something soothing like choc chip in case it was too 'hot' but I liked it, just had a slight 'kick' to it!
