Found this interesting as I have grown some for the first time in the polytunnel. I didn't know there were all these different varieties..how did you get on with your plants Cherry?. I've cropped one fruit (or is it veg) so far and it was very tasty....much better than the tasteless ones from the supermarket.

Lou I have never grown aubergine and with the Thai pea aubergine so hard to get, I am tempted to try these. They can be bought in jars but not in this area. I will find out more from the local farmers on Friday evening.
I have grown capsicum for the second time only. I did badly with them last year and wasn't going to try again, but had a go and they have turned out great.

Ah...I see, I misread your comment .....I generally grow a few capsicum plants with limited success. This year they have been quite good...I've put it down to tunnel growing.....
