What are your New Year resolutions concerning your garden?
One of mine is that I must label everything, because in the middle of winter, they all look alike.

My resolution concerns labels too Cherry. I keep my plant labels in a carrier bag in the shed so every time I want to find the full name of a plant I have to rummage through the bag I have been given a metal box with A-Z index cards inside so I'm going to organise my labels into alphabetical order ;D

I am not going to panic when I see gaps in the border I will not regard them as a failure but as an opportunity. ;D

I'm going to have a good old clear out ;D.....I think we all have problems with labels....I must really get to grips with the labelling machine that has been sitting in the conservatory for months...you should see the instruction book

Thinking cap is on but not working it seems. maybe I will try and do what is necessary at the appropriate time and not wait until it becomes a marathon job.

I've given up making resolutions, because I can never keep them But I've promissed myself that I'm going to send for those hardy fuchsias I've been going to get for the past few years. And I am going to look for some things on my garden wishlist, which I've been ignoring lately

Mine is just to be a bit more ruthless at getting rid of ailing plants & to try not to buy anything exotic/tropical/tender which looks lovely but will only pop it's clogs in my garden!
