I would think so lesley, if you wait until the foliage dies back & keep the corms frost free over the winter they should be fine, you can put them in a tray of dry compost/vermiculite etc., sometimes I've just put pots with begonias in them into the greenhouse during winter & forgotten about them & they've been fine & started sprouting again when I've watered them in the spring.
